After doing so well with posting in the month of February, I have not posted since beautiful Amelia was born (well over a month ago). The last month has flown by and we are getting closer and closer to our new babies arrival.
So what has went on the last month. First of all we have had some crazy weather. The week of spring break went from snow on Monday to beautiful 70 degree weather by the end of the week. It has been wonderful to go for walks and Molly has loved it as well.
This month was also Amelia's baptism which you can check out on Clay and Elissa's blog . It was such a blessing being able to attend. Both William and Margaret's baptisms were too far away (Idaho and Portland, OR).
We were also able to celebrate mom's birthday this month. I have not done very well about taking pictures but it was wonderful to have everyone over for dinner. We had a Mexican theme night since that is her favorite food and we were lucky enough to have Robin and Freda over for dinner as well. Now i just need more dining room space!
On Sunday the 20th, mom threw me a family shower. Instead of it being a typical baby shower, we just had a family get together. Clay and Elissa let Margaret ride Sacket (her pony) over. It was a huge hit. My cousin Amanda also had her three children there and it was so cute to watch them all play together. It is so fun having the new generation of kids at our family events.
It does not seem like there has been that much going on this month but the above things along with preparations for the baby has felt like a whirlwind. I am now 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant which means that the time is getting very very close. Although the nursery is not painted yet, our crib and dresser are up, and the bedding is in. Ben's parents graciously bought us a changing table and we took the money that we got from our shower and have bought all of the last minute items that we can think of. I am still feeling great and working out regularly. So far, I am so thankful for how great I have felt but you never know when that will end!
